My fave green leaves during the Fall is Pumpkin 🎃 leaves 🍃as it plays an important role in providing strength to the immune system. I like to prep Pumpkin leaves like the way I cook Spinach/Kale — which is simply sautéed in Olive oil, fresh Garlic and Kosher salt, and few tablespoons Chicken broth, if available (*Larger leaves/stems may need deveining otherwise ya can keep chewing. . . ’til . . . well, ya spit it out.)
