Baked Salmon 🐟 to make crunchy skin, I slowly removed its skin from the fish fillet, seasoning the skin w/sea salt. Seasoning & wrap the fish fillet w/ foil or baking sheets abt 20′. Laying the skin flat on the rack and start Baking the fillet + skin at once, 20′ (1lb) 350 Fahrenheit degrees. Top it off w/additional kosher salt or chili 🌢 fish sauce as desired πŸ‘ŒπŸ»πŸ––πŸ» #lovetoeat #diy #lifestyle


No. I didn’t bake the skin this way. Thought it was cool to “romanticize” the skin…just a bit…with my fave Yankee candle πŸ•―
